As a client, you agree to:
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
All creative work, strategies, and materials developed by Tasweqa remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive the agreed-upon usage rights.
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from marketing campaigns. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
